Often called the birthplace of the walking safari, South Luangwa is one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations.

Centered around the winding Luangwa River and its oxbow lagoons, the park supports a rich diversity of wildlife and is especially known for its high concentration of leopards, elephants, hippos, and birdlife.
