The Okavango Delta is one of Africa’s most extraordinary safari destinations: a vast, seasonally flooded inland delta that transforms the arid Kalahari into a lush haven for wildlife.

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Delta supports an incredible diversity of species, including elephants, lions, leopards, wild dogs, and over 400 bird species. The eastern part of the Delta is protected by the Moremi Game Reserve, offering a mix of land- and water-based safari activities.

Visitors can explore by traditional mokoro (dugout canoe), motorboat, or 4×4 vehicle, making this a richly varied safari experience. Accessible by small aircraft and known for its intimate camps and exclusivity, the Okavango Delta is ideal for travellers seeking immersive encounters with nature in one of Africa’s most pristine ecosystems.
